This is as extreme as photo art gets (for me, at least) and pushes the very concept of abstract realism. There's indeed a photograph under there, captured at a recent sidewalk chalk art event, but at this stage it's more digital art than photo art. I've tended to lean towards greater subtlety in my work but have recently found myself looking for any excuse to push as far as I can push. Almost sounds like thrill seeking behavior, doesn't it?

I began capturing photographs at about 15-years-old using an Agfa rangefinder 35mm camera. Decades later I began creating photo art with a Kodak 2.0-megapixel digital camera and a Windows 95 computer. Time brings change, evolution, innovation. My style is best defined as abstract realism, the infusion of elements of design with the depiction of real life in visual art.
